I've learned that I much prefer audio books.
Easy to digest while driving, and great emotion from the author!
Twelve and a Half: Leveraging the Emotional Ingredients Necessary for Business Success by Gary Vaynerchuk
Extreme Ownership: How U.S. Navy SEALs Lead and Win by Jocko Willink and Leif Babin of Echelon Front
Green Beans & Ice Cream: The Remarkable Power of Positive Thinking by Bill Sims
Each of these titles are great leadership / self development resources.
1000% recommend!
Bo started in his teens as an irreverent musical comedian on YouTube before the idea of YouTube as we know it existed. His fast paced, witty, crass, and offensive take on topics has been both timeless and aged poorly.
His first two specials are his-flavor of a typical stand up special:
what. (YouTube Netflix)
Words Words Words
His two most recent specials give you a glimpse into some personal struggles, and the experience that was 2019.
Bonus: Bo wrote and directed the modern-times, coming of age film Eighth Grade.
Bonus: Bo also wrote and starred in the short lived sitcom Zach Stone is Gonna Be Famous.
Funny takes on life/current events while avoiding many of the common morning radio cliches.
Genuine-imperfect personalities with good hearts, and a spark for life. A syndicated national morning radio show that is available as a podcast.

Catholic HEART Workcamp is a summer camp hosted in various US cities. High school students complete community service during the day and experience various community and spiritual enrichment activities in the evening. This experience is an amazing opportunity for any high school student. The camps are staffed by college students which provides an exceptional opportunity for these young adults to share their faith and support this effort while having an amazing summer adventure.
I had the opportunity to serve as a traveling team's Media Manager for two summers; overseeing and implementing technical operations.
I'm a huge fan of Mike Rowe's genuine-effort / peek behind the curtain / fish out of water series Dirty Jobs!!!
Produced during a time when Facebook wanted to compete as a video content platform, Returning the Favor builds upon Mike's easy to connect with personality but switches the peek into new and interesting worlds by highlighting those who are making a positive impact in their communities. Be prepared to cry tears of joy each an every episode! (There is also a fun behind the scenes dynamic as the production team is a part of each episode's storyline).
...and now the series is moving over to YouTube retooled as People You Should Know.
Bonus: Check out Mike's charity MikeRoweWorks focused on promoting skilled trades.
